Context
Potloc is the survey platform for high-stakes, high-speed missions. It’s the perfect tool that allows consultants and investors to raise the bar for primary research.
Problem
Market research often faces fraud from people trying to get rewards without qualifying. From missed investments to weak client strategies, poor-quality insights damage outcomes and reputations. IBM estimated in 2016 that bad data cost the U.S. $3 Trillion per year.
Solution
To fight against fraud and bad behaviours in the market research industry, we created a complex data cleaning system based on 14 quality checks positioned at different steps of the respondent journey.

Context
EDF Entreprises et Collectivités is the leading energy provider serving millions of businesses, industries, and local authorities across France. It supplies electricity, gas, and energy services to a diverse client base, from SMEs to hospitals and industrial giants.
Problem
No harmony between the public site and the four B2B platforms. This lack of consistency created high maintenance costs as many people were needed to manage and update the fragmented systems. The overall experience suffered from accessibility issues and poor communication between stakeholders.
Solution
A discovery phase was conducted to understand the needs of both EDF and its customers. Workflows were reorganized to improve communication and coordination among stakeholders. A design system was developed and shared across the four platforms, ensuring consistent user experience and reduced maintenance costs.

Design and test a lightweight car configurator for Nissan Europe to boost e-retail

Context
Nissan is a global automotive brand which has started a mixed physical and e-commerce plateform in 2021.
Problem
Due to infrastructure limitations, the smallest EMEA markets are unable to use the main car configurator solution. This poses a challenge, as we know that 70% of customers proceed to purchase a car once they complete the initial step.
Solution
Based on the research and after confirming all markets requirements, we identified that we had to design a light car configurator integrated directly in vehicles landing pages.

for day-to-day life

Context
During the 2020 COVID-19 crisis, travel-ban prevented Flying Blue members from using their accumulated Miles.
Problem
Flying Blue Members risk risk to lose all the cumulated Miles if they don't use them before the end of the year.
Solution
Building on the initial analysis and through close collaboration with all stakeholders, we delivered a comprehensive mobile application that enables Flying Blue members to utilize their Miles in their immediate surroundings.
